Tap Into the Workforce of the Future

As one of only 16 programs nationwide, Aspen Diversified Industries (ADI), a member of Pikes Peak Behavioral Health Group (PPBHG), created The Right Track Project to help prepare youth in the Pikes Peak Region for career pathways in high growth industries which includes careers in automotive, construction, hospitality, culinary, health services, business services and retail. These industries allow continuous job opportunities throughout the country and offer room for individual growth.

Right Track Mission Statement To serve El Paso and Teller County by preparing a trained workforce for the business community.

Our core mission is to assertively partner with local businesses and develop a youth’s strengths and abilities to meet that company’s needs.  We provide vocational skills training, education, GED preparation, Life Skills and many other services necessary for our youth to become successful. The Right Track Project provides a continued support network for youth throughout their participation in the program and employment.
