The Right Track Project assertively partners with high growth businesses in our area to assess, train and prepare youth, ages 16-21 years, for a wide range of activities like skill development, employment, and education. This provides businesses with a trained labor force that fits the criteria of their respective industries.

The Right Track Program is not a placement service; rather it is aimed at equipping youth with skills necessary for employment. Vocational case managers assist with job placement by assisting with job searches, by acting as a liaison between the employer and youth and providing education and support.            

Hiring any employee comes with inherent risk. A business can never be 100 percent sure of who they are getting when they hire an individual.  With our agency, we handle the recruitment and assessment phases for you. We train the youth in work readiness skills, an advantage all of our candidates offer. Our mission is to provide alternative labor pools for employers, backed by a support team committed to the success of the individual.
