Become a Partner

Although employment opportunities are the most beneficial service we can provide to the youth, there are many other ways to partner with the Right Track Project. Many organizations speak to our youth about their industries and the career paths available within it, as well as hosting small group tours in the workplace. This helps to increase exposure to the specific industries and gives employers the opportunity to meet potential candidates. The Right Track Project can also provide opportunities for subsidized 90 day internships, and a 10 hour workplace volunteer program supervised by one of our staff members. The organizations that we partner with understand the importance of community involvement to help keep youth on the right track. Exploration

• Speak to youth about your industry and the career pathways available within
• Open your workplace to small group tours to expose youth to your industry
• Allow a youth along with one of our Case Managers to complete a Job Shadow

Experience

• Provide the opportunity for youth to volunteer for 10 hours under the supervision of one of our staff
