Special Events

In June, The Right Track Project held an employer reception where we featured the recruiting manager for The Broadmoor. We conducted an open forum where hiring practices, interviewing techniques, job requirements and job availability were topics for discussion. The outcome of the reception was a win-win for both The Broadmoor and our youth. Many of our youth were able to apply for positions on the spot and The Broadmoor was able to recognize the benefits of partnering with The Right Track Project as an alternative labor pool. We were honored to host The Broadmoor as our guest and look forward to working with them in the future.
